These terms govern your use of the Navigation Pro app (“we”). By using the app you accept them. If you do not, please stop using the app.
Navigation Pro shows suggested routes and estimated arrival times. It is an aid, not an instruction, and it is not a substitute for paying attention.
Navigation Pro requests routes for the same destination from Google Maps, Apple Maps and Yandex Maps, shows them next to each other, and then provides turn-by-turn guidance along the one you choose. The three maps continue running side by side during the drive so their estimates can be compared against what actually happened.
Which maps are available can change: a provider may be withdrawn if its licence terms, availability or pricing require it.
The maps, routes and navigation data are provided by Google, Apple and Yandex, and your use of them is also subject to their own terms:
Some features require a paid subscription, sold through the Apple App Store.
Please do not reverse-engineer the app, extract or resell the map data behind it, use it to build a competing dataset, or use it in a way that breaks the providers' terms above or any law that applies to you.
The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate, and we disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from following a route the app suggested. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law — and nothing here takes away the rights you have as a consumer where you live. Where your local consumer law gives you more than this section does, your local law wins.
We may change these terms. If a change is material we will update the date above and say so in the app. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes go to the courts of Istanbul. If you are a consumer, this does not take away your right to bring a claim in the courts where you live, or to rely on the consumer protection law of your own country.
