Write to info@navigationpro.app and you will get a reply from a person. There is also a Help screen inside the app, under Settings, which sends your message along with the app version and your device model so nothing has to be described twice.
Because they measure traffic differently and weigh it differently. That disagreement is the reason the app exists: on a long drive the three estimates can sit an hour apart, and seeing that before you leave is more useful than trusting whichever one you happened to open. Nothing is wrong when they differ.
Coverage is not identical everywhere. If a provider cannot plan the trip you asked for, its card is left out rather than filled with a guess. The other two still work.
Navigation Pro needs location while you drive, including with the screen locked, or guidance stops at the first turn. If you granted “Allow Once”, iOS asks again on the next launch. Open Settings › Navigation Pro › Location and choose “While Using the App” to be asked once.
That happens when location is set to “While Using the App” without background access, or when Low Power Mode is on. Check Settings › Navigation Pro › Location, and that Background App Refresh is enabled.
Yes. Tap another provider in the strip at the top of the guidance screen and it continues on that map, from where you are.
It names a tolled bridge or highway the route uses, where we can identify it. It is a heads-up, not a price: we do not have toll prices for most countries, so the app does not show an amount rather than showing one it cannot stand behind.
Comparing routes is free and unlimited. Starting navigation is limited before you subscribe. A subscription removes that limit across all three maps. You can restore a previous purchase from Settings.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us, so cancelling is done on your device: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Navigation Pro. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the current period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Settings has controls to clear recent searches and saved places on the device. To have anything held on our side removed, write to info@navigationpro.app. What is collected in the first place is set out in the Privacy Policy.
What helps most, in one message: what you were doing, where you were going, which provider was selected, and roughly when. Route problems are usually reproducible from the start and destination alone.
